You need this if you are running up and down mountains as I have been lol.

I follow a Keto / Low carb lifestyle and was looking for a recommended and decent product... this came up time and time again, so I tried it.... I have to say, it's one of the best electrolytes i have tried. Doesn't really taste of much, no aftertaste which is an absolute bonus. I have stopped getting leg cramps and a foggy head. Suggested use on website says 1 tablet but packaging says 2 - would be nice to know which is correct seeing as vitamin overdoses are just as dangerous as deficiencies!

I commute to work by cycle and do a little running to keep fit and since taking these tablets I suffer a lot less with cramp than I ever use to. It hasn’t eliminated it completely but 99% better. I take one a day along with alpha man and omega 3. I am a 57 year old male.
