Honestly I’m not one to lie for reviews but ever since I got a crazy  cramp after leg day I had to get these which has helped me since avoiding cramps . So honestly amazing and cheap for the price.

easy to use, could do with more magnesium and potassium in them

I know it's not their core purpose but I find taking a couple of these before a night out and then again when i'm home, really helps me to not get a hangover!!!
