Was apprehensive to try an egg-based protein - mostly through fear that it would make me gag. Hats off though, this product has none of the eggy taste I expected, and mixes fairly well. I tend to use whisk or hand blender to prevent any clumping. Sits well in stomach and is really versatile, so can be used to cook with too👍 The big bonus for me is that its from free range eggs, which have a much better nutrient profile than the caged eggs used by most (if not all) the competing brands - as well as being more ethical.
