Nothing exciting about this product there tablets that do the job. I'm now eating 6 meals a day and take one after every meal. They help with digestion. Easy to swallow. Will be posting other reviews on Instagram Goes Well With: Water

I suffer from ibs and divirticulitis and it can be very painful when eating any kind of food , I would bloat and look as if I'm 6 months pregnant but this did help as I can't eat 3 meals a day without being in agony. I'm not getting any nutrition from food I eat so I hoping if I continue with this tablet it will help as it has been helping . I've only started using this but I notice I'm not as bloated after my meals, personally it tastes weird but that could be just me. I'd recommend this if you've a lot of meals to fit in or even just to see if it works for you

I had begun to feel really sluggish and bloated after every meal. I had ruled out lactose and gluten intolerance so I had been trying to find a solution. Having read about the benefits of digestive enzymes I decided to give them a try. First thing I noticed is that the tablets are big.. And powdery (rub them on your palm a little before taking so they don't stick in your throat!). After eating I didn't feel bloated and around 90 mins later my stomach started rumbling. I'm so glad I bought these tablets. I can fit my 6 meals a day in now with no problem Goes Well With: Food!

Seems to help with bloating after carb heavy meal, get more colds when I stop taking it so I think it does the trick. Goes Well With: CLA
