Mixes so easily with water or milk with no lumps. I often use it for morning oats and all the added vitamins and minerals is a bonus! Vanilla is my favourite as it goes with everything for an added protein boost. Always repurchasing this product and will continue to do so. Only thing I would say, it would be nice for some new flavours to try.  Goes Well With: Milk, oats, coffee (basically everything)

The diet protein has been the best I have tried. Taste is good and fills me up so I don’t snack. After a workout if I have a shake I then don’t feel sore the next day, the choice of flavours are great and delivery is also fast.  Goes Well With: After a workout 

I have started this year working on myself in the gym and the best part of my routine that helps me on my journey is using my protein powders.  This was the first one I bought as I wanted a slightly lower calorie alternative and I have to say I love it!
