Orange flavour is surprisingly nice, easily mixes with water to make quite a pleasant drink, and does work to make you fuller quicker. I'm confident I'll lose weight with this product!

I haven't used the product much but there is definitely a sensation of fullness that helps to eat less - very helpful! However, I'm not sure of the effect on the long-term. The Orange flavour is very nice!

Used this for 10 days only a short supply if you have It 3 times per day. Lost 5lb
