Great product if you know your lacking in any of the vitamin departments. Taste is a little bitter but they are tiny and go down easily with water. Comes in a plastic container like in the image only a quarter or so filled for 60 tablets nevertheless you do get 60 tablets (I counted). 1 a day will do the job.

these actually help a lot more than i thought even tho they smell and taste bad they are so effective 

Started taking them a week ago, havnt noticed any chances however they're multi vitamins so unsure if I'm meant to feel a difference. Taste n smell isn't great but small enough to swallow quickly.
