Tried one for the first time last week and it tasted nice and was surprisingly filling. It definitely worked as I intended - as a protein rich appetite suppressant in between meals - and gave me an extra hour or so before I started feeling really ravenous. Like every protein bar I've ever had, it is very chewy and requires a fair amount of jaw strength to get through the whole thing but I counted that as an extra positive and was probably the equivalent of about 5 days of mewing Goes Well With: Gains

If you want a Lion bar with extra protein, these are for you! A bit chewy but they hit the spot.
