It is like trying to drink sand - completely insoluble, blending proves to be very difficult (goes into a froth that doesn't settle), and is like getting grit stuck between your teeth.
Also has an unpleasant taste. I was recommended to go for the Creapure branding by a friend; historically I used bulk mixed berry which seemed superior in every way.
