You make noticeable gains by taking these put they are very inconvenient to take. The tablets are way too big and difficult to swallow. If they were half the size maybe this would be perfect.

Can definitely feel the effects of taking these tablets. The tablet size is rather big and can be off putting the odd time it gets stuck in your throat, however, I now crush the pill and add it to a drink. It is tasteless and a quicker way of consuming your daily intake particularly if you are taking around 5 a day.
