Early days but it is giving me a booster. Definitely increasing weight size and cardio stamina. My question is: do people take creatine on non-gym days. I go to the gym three times per week. I would be interested in your comments

This product is good value, and works, so are fine as they are, but please do break these pills in half before attempting to swallow them, they are massive, as soon as i saw them, i thought there is absolutely no way i can attempt to swallow this whole, i will choke to death. So i am writing this review, as i know there is a stupid person out there, who will not have the sense to break these in half, and will choke on these pills. Although these big pills are hard to swallow they are extremely effective in providing more energy. After finishing the creatine loading phase, I feel that I can push myself harder and for longer when I’m in the gym. Goes Well With: MyProtein Powder
