I have been taking the capsules for about a week. My aim is to use the capsules to keep my muscles toned using weight exercises 

Great creatine supplement. Usually creatine has its pros and cons especially when it comes to feeling bloated. But this has none at all. Great product

The ONLY way I take Creatine now. 2 in the morning when I wake up and 2 in the afternoon when I’ve finished my workout.  Noticeable size and strength increase. Definitely make me look fuller and allows me to push those extra reps.  Would recommend  Goes Well With: Brute Force. 

Tablets have been so much easier to take rather than powder, not too big aswell Goes Well With: Bcaa, multivitamin 

Normally I use the powder, was out of stock so took these instead. Better than powder, stronger during my workout.
