I find creapure to be a very high quality and high standard form of creatine in general and works to provide slightly better effects than regular monohydrate forms, i find i remain in a slightly leaner condition with less wateriness with this version, also it is consistent and i feel more potent in lower doses due to the quality increase, some times i have used up to 10 grams of the regular version mono but with this i only require 5 grams max to get the best effect in strength boosting and muscle fullness. This works to boost overall strength levels and i feel can be a great aid in allowing for you to make more progress in adding power and lean muscle mass as long as diet and training are in line with your personal goals, the blue raspberry and lemon lime have been two great flavours which mix easy with around 200 ml of water which is either consumed pre or post workout, both have been just as effective for me personally. This is a product or supplement that actually delivers in improving strength and power output, I tend to avoid most hyped products and stick to essential protein powders and carbs alongside a clean calorie controlled diet and additional omega 3 and vitamins for optimal health and wellbeing. Remember the medicine your mum used to make you take as a child?! This is the exact feeling you will get when trying to take the flavoured Creatine!! I ordered the water melon thinking it would be quite refreshing, EPIC FAIL! Creapure is the best creatine that I have tried and is known as the premium gold standard of creatine based supplements, I get on well with regular creatine monohydrate but with this version I can lower the daily dosing from 10 grams down to 5 and still keep adding strength weekly. Creatine is one of my best supplements and a staple that I use alongside TheWhey and BCAA's.
