Struggled proviously with creatine powder and its grainy texture, so decided to give these as bash. Easy to consume and taste great - they're powdery rather than chewy - much like the old school lucozade enegry sweets from years back. In terms of effectivness - I started these along with the Diet Whey - so not sure what is giving me results. However I have increased weights at gym and have gained greater muscle endurance. Recovery times are also much quicker than before taking these. As other reviews - keep on top of the water intake, I have fallen foul of this a couple of times and got headaches from being dehydrated. So lots of fluids and you'll be fine. Just started using these what an excellent product taking the powder you ve got to load up on it and always forget to take it! These tabs are so easy chuck em in my gym bag job done! Excellent flavours too. Thank s my protein.

Creatine monohydrate helped me push myself harder at the gym. It tastes quite nice, chewable tablets are very convenient and the price was quite fair in my opinion Goes Well With: natural yoghurt or fruits
