Bought these just to try, great choice as they are great little add ons for my bulk at the minute.. got lots in the car so when im on the way to the gym i have 3-4 and i have my creatine for my workout but can also be used throughout the day to keep topped up. taste like a dextrose tablet energy sweet, 100% would buy again..

The first one or two tablets taste questionable but after you get used to them, they're so nice, I could munch on them as sweets all day long, a great way to take creatine. Been on them for a week and already noticing endurance, strength, size and mental gains. Already recommended to friends! Goes Well With: Great on their own.

simple easy to take on the go tablet......only been taking it a few days so have nt noticed any difference yet.

These tablets are excellent- taste great like the old lucozade tablets years ago. Recovery time is now much improved.
