i bought this flavour after falling in love with the cereal milk flavour they sell, it does taste good but cereal milk is still the best. i find this one doesnt mix quite aswell and it also has small chunks of cookie which are nice but also at the same time a bit off putting in a drink. I use this for breakfast as i struggle to eat in the mornings and i find this is excellent for starting my day. Goes Well With: water but i imagine milk would taste lovely

This is a great way to have a quick recovery meal in no time - just add it to water as per instructions - There are pieces of cookie too which makes this even better ! Really nice chocolatey flavour ! (I am not a gamer but use this on my breaks while working) Goes Well With: water but with skimmed milk will also do! * too keep the calories low
