A great form of protein! If whey protein don’t agree with you this is definitely worth a try! 

I have struggled to find a protein shake I like until I found this one! Following surgery I aim to hit 89g protein per day and this shake makes it nice and easy. I have noticed a marked difference regarding hair growth, I have lots of new little baby hairs appearing and my skin also looks so much better! Couldn’t recommend this more. I mix with coconut milk but tastes just as good with regular milk or water. Goes Well With: Coconut milk, regular milk and water 

I have been buying collagen protein for a few months now and I’ll continue to keep buying it as it helps me get my protein intake in a day and has helped with the re growth of hair. When mixed with your choice of thing you don’t even know the powder has been put in it!  It would be good if there was a Subscribe and gain option on this product.  Goes Well With: Water, juices, soups, sauces, yogurt, smoothies 

I had read about the benefits of collagen and also wanted to increase my protein. I was very sceptical at first but wow even after a couple of weeks I can see a difference in my skin and fine lines. Me and my partner now have a protein collagen coffee every morning. The powder mixes exceptionally well and is unflavoured so could be added to anything. I would 100% recommend this product, it’s pricey but I buy when on offer, my protein regularly has really good deals.  Goes Well With: Coffee
