Mixed well, makes good pancakes but it's not for me. I think my tummy reacts badly to collagen.

This is pretty sweet, so I prefer to mix with mostly water, and more than it states on the packet. For a sample size price you get plenty of it! Come out quite dry so you will want some honey, lemon juice etc. with it.
