This taste very nice, only ever so slightly in the sweet side, but would definitely recommend. Contains protein & BCAA which is great for gym workout. Mixes very well disolving within 30 seconds of vigorous shaking. Goes Well With: Goes well with water and some added creatine.

Having tried this in the last month it has made such a difference and my training has improved as I have more energy which is positive and it also stopped me drinking as much fizzy juice which is improving my diet giving me the results I’m aiming for which makes me more determined and energised to go a train. Goes Well With: I mix it with cold water that makes a big difference and more enjoyable making it easier to drink.

Although clear whey is a great idea since you can mix easily with water, I tried 3 different flavours and couldn't drink them. The flavours were horrible and barely palatable, but of course this is up to your personal preference. Thankfully the regular whey isolates taste delicious with milk, so will be sticking to those in future :)

I’ve sampled a lot of the clear whey but I’m a very fussy person. I got a sample pack and wasn’t a fan of mojito, watermelon or peach tea - controversial, I know. This was ages ago but now there is a new sample pack which I’d love to get but quite pointless as I don’t like half the flavours, there was just a few I hadn’t tried.  After sampling pineapple I will definitely be buying a full tub of this. Apple on the other hand wasn’t my favourite and has saved me money in buying a full tub, it was nice just wasn’t for me.  Personal favourites are raspberry lemonade and original vimto  Goes Well With: Chocolate pop roll
