Really easy way to get my protein in and up my water intake with few calories.  Shake well in a shaker bottle a few times & it’s good to go. I make mine up to 2L water to drink throughout the day to make sure I’m drinking a decent amount, still quite sweet in that amount of water but it’s quite refreshing. Tried the Vimto flavour & just ordered the lemon. Goes Well With: Water

The raspberry lemonade is incredible, as is mojito. Real game changers and much easier to drink than traditional protein drinks. That being said, the watermelon flavour is awful so be careful.

I first tried the bitter lemon in the taster pack - really recommend getting it if you aren’t sure which one is for you. Some I LOATHED (strawberry and kiwi, looking at you) others were firm faves. Bitter lemon is basically a lemon sherbet. Pineapple is essentially the top of a rountrees fruit lolly. Both are happy in my life, I will be repurchasing over and over!  Goes Well With: Plain ‘ol water
