Its tasty post-run drink. I love the not too sweet taste with the added health benefit. I absolutely recommend the Raspberry & Blackcurrant Flavour. I tried making double the amount but ended up having small lumps. Follow the 1 scoop and 300ml water mix.

Love all the flavours great cost and mixes so well. Just loving the clear whey. So refreshing in the summer. Good extra protein hit for me as I’m a veggie.  Goes Well With: Shakes shakes and more shakes
