Refreshing drink. Nice over ice. Diluted it to half strength to suit my taste. Really enjoyed the flavour. Drinking daily, feeling a positive difference to my alertness and energy levels.

Taste is sour and sweet and delicious aswell as giving you a boost  Goes Well With: Water 

Great protein squash, excellent alternative to the shakes for the summer.

I wasn’t a fan of this flavour, it didn’t taste very nice and wasn’t the best mix of flavours. i usually enjoy pineapple flavoured things but for me this one wasn’t it. Wouldn’t have it again but would definitely go for a different flavour. Goes Well With: water
