I bought this to help combat pcos. It was recommended to me by a coach. The powder does clump up in the bag though so when trying to get a scoop you end up with lumps in it. It tastes sour but put in some juice or flavoured electrolytes and that taste is gone. Already feeling the benefits. Good quality product that really does make a difference
