Was recommended to try this by a climber friend as I have had problems with 3rd finger on both hands when climbing. After some rest and starting on these I have felt a few twinges but nowhere near the problems experienced before. Very surprised but happy with the results.

ive had tennis elbow for 4 months now ive been on glucosamine for two months & its not helping so ive be trying these for two weeks & still no change ill give it till the end of the bottle & if there's no change ill try something else (MP MAX Joint Plus)

I have been using this product for about a week now, havent felt anything just yet. Maybe later. I'll keep taking it as I read from reviews that it kicks in later on.

Very product, maybe a bit expensive compare to e.g. Animal Flex... Helps a lot to maintain joints in a "good working order". strongly recommend to anybody looking to heal joints and having enough money...

Absolutely awesome product, Ive been using it for 2 years now and it helps with almost all my problems I.e. tennis elbow, golfer s elbow and general wear and tare. I must say it doesn't mix well and I always take it with a glass of milk. Sugary drinks seem to prevent it working properly so if you're looking for fast results lay off the sugary stuff. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Alpha men, cod liver oil
