I have the worst sweet tooth ever and especially working in an office there are lots of sweet things about. Since taking these tablets with my lunch I do not crave any sweet things at all - I am very impressed! Goes Well With: Water

It's hard to vouch for effectiveness after only a month, but I've lost a kilo and suspect these helped. The bottle could certainly be smaller, but no other complaints.

I've only been on these for a couple of weeks, so maybe it's too early to say. But so far I've not seen any difference.

It's a new supplement for me so I'm not sure what to expect but I think it's needs to build up in the body to feel some effect. Am happy with the product so far. Goes Well With: water or juice
