Very low carb, and good amount of protein. Great as a snack before ir after gym. As a choc addict this snack really ticks the flavour box for me. 

I really like these. Taste just like nesquik cereal with a decent amount of protein for a snack. Can’t give 5 stars as at full price they are just too expensive for what they are.  Goes Well With: Almond milk or on their own as a snack
