Works very well for me. I noticed since I started taking this vitamins I am less tired, sleep better, always in a good mood . I combine it with iron and folic acid

Prior to taking these I had really sore knees. I’ve not long had a baby so these were recommended to me. They’ve made a huge difference so far!!! 

Excellent supplement to help with bone health. If you are looking to increase bone density, this is a great product.

Great product. Obviously it has no taste as it is a vitamin to be taken with water. As a non dairy consumer, this has been a great supplement for me to ensure that I get enough calcium & magnesium into my diet alongside my balanced diet.  Goes Well With: A balanced diet
