I take advantage of the very quick thickening of this product to make a yummy pre-bed chocolate mousse. Just add 250 ml of cold skimmed milk, 2 tablespoons of coca powder (stronger taste than chocolate powder) and 1 tsp of sugar to 1 level MP large scoop of calcium caseinate in a shaker. Quickly shake and pour immediately in a bowl, and you're good to go. This makes a very decent mousse, and the average taste of the product is well covered by the chocolate. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Cocoa powder

I love this product have tried chocolate and strawberry and they both taste spot in and cures 'treat cravings'. It's thick like angel delight with just milk I go for half water half milk and it's like a nice thick milkshake

I bought Calcium Caseinate as i needed a slow release protein before bed & it was on a great deal in the sale. The ratio of protein (28g/30g serv, unflavoured) is amazing. I've had milk protein & micellar casein before, which mix into a thick, but drinkable shake. This however (in around 300ml water, 40g scoop), does not. I added powder to water, closed shaker, gave it a swirl, then went at it with a hand blender. It immediately turned to thick thick gloop. I was gonna add more water, but looking at it, it resembled angel delight, so i thought this could be more enjoyable if used as a dessert. Was great. Strawberry flavour could be sweeter, but i enjoyed eating it with a spoon & if on a cut/diet, this would be a guiltless pleasure to look forward to.

It tastes great! It's less powdery than milk protein smooth. Sometimes little bumps create while mixing but i don't mind them, they are also yummy. <B>Goes Well With:</B> milk water and sweeteners
