Purchased the unflavoured version, which tastes ok but using the MP flavour drops makes it much better taste wise. This is quite a dense protein as even mixing a 25g scoop to 400ml of water is quite thick as if the protein itself absorbs the water and becomes more of a gel like substance. I usually take this on a night mainly for its slow release absorption, which is ideal for keeping me full during the night also, which before I would get hunger pains and it would break my sleep. I have tried lots of protein shakes now. Whey, whey isolate, egg white, brown rice. This is by far the best one FOR ME! I use whey isolate for after the gym but this one in the morning, bedtime or at work. It makes a very thick shake so you need lots of water. I use a half scoop most of the time with a whole scoop of instant oats. I have tried a variety of shakes because they give me very smelly farts. They are better with this shake. Goes well with instant oats and creatine. I have also mixed it with whey protein.

Way better than the other brands of Calcium Caseinate I've tried. I bought to mix with smoothie at breakfast - it's a lot better mixed 50/50 with whey because if you try to blitz it into your drink on its own it turns out like cement. Mixed with whey it blitzes ok. Unflavored wouldn't taste nice on it's own, but fine mixed with something with some flavor. <B>Goes Well With:</B> 50/50 with whey protein

i would recommend this product to anyone. Mixes best with warm water, not so well with colder water. Overall, great product that gave me very good results.

Can't see why anyone would have anything to say against this product? For me, this is a nice delight right before bad time and I look forward to drink it every evening. The taste is very nice - not too sweet as most of protein powders out there. I have vanilla flavour and I love it. The mixability is ok, a bit different texture as whey powders, but still very drinkable... The most imoprtant for me is quality/price and there's just no competition out there! <B>Goes Well With:</B> Milk
