Taste and mixability are a 5 because they are flavourless and a pill. Exactly what is said on the tub. I feel they are highly effective for enhancing workout length and help me push further than expected. Set my pb deadlift adding an extra 25% during the cycle, may be coincidence, had powder and pill from here and can say the pill form is very convenient. Been taking these months as well as bcaa and protein and i have seen a massive difference in body shape and figure putting serious size and mass on. Excellent product for the body and protein synthesis

These are a little hard to swallow as they are a bit chalky but once you get used to them it gets easier. I don't think there is any need for loading as they can be just used pre workout. They do seem to hold off the lactic acid somewhat making it easier to push yourself that bit harder. Also used before cycling and going uphill was easier on the legs.
