I'm a little older, I need the recovery edge just that but more. This stuff works simple as that. Keep me fighting fit. Tastes ok. Not gassy either. I mix in a blender but works fine in a hand shaker. Goes Well With: Sleep 8 hours.

I have tried using this with a shaker bottle but still get clumps. I have have used it previous with a blender and it mixes better. Unfortunately I don't always have access to a blender and would prefer a quick and easier way to mix it like some of the others I use like the coffee whey powder and breakfast smoothie are easy to mix using the shaker. On a good note it does taste nice, when it's not clumpy.
