I use it with porridge and milk shake. It taste fine and noticed my skin become clear and bright

I decided to take these because I wanted to stop the signs of aging, I've been using them for 3 months, My skin is plumper and clearer, my hair has grown quite a lot and my skin is so smooth. I haven't lost 10+ years but will definitely carry on using the beauty shots. I hate the taste of them though, but I can deal with it.
