So I'm going to be honest here I expected a bit more fizzyness to these which I think would of made them nicer, the taste was fine I took a sip to taste then ended up downing the rest as it wasn't a taste I could enjoy but don't let that out you off as you may like it,

Absolutely love these! Getting in your bcaa's to help with recovery as well as having a tasty refreshing drink and on top of that you get nearly 200mg of caffeine which makes this a good pre workout drink. Keep telling myself I'll only have 3 or 4 a week but find myself drinking them about 6 days a week as they are quite addictive! Goes Well With: Best to drink on it's own.

Zero sugar, enough caffeine to feel it, B12 + essential amino acids. Cherry Cola flavour is a good substitute for sugary fizzy drinks 

Amazing flavour very similar to monster ultra in taste def recommend this if feeling drained or early morning shift work!! :)

I was never able to go the gym and would just get groggy and decide not to go in the end but once I have a sip of this I get a burst of energy and need to use it right away which really motivates me to go to the gym. If you're like me get this and it might really help
