These bad boys are the one, they may be the size of a small nation but they work. I actually grabbed 2 of these bad boys and whacked them in a tortilla and ate them as a side order to my pre meal.  Goes Well With: A tortilla wrap 

Firstly I am a massive fan of the MP BCAA tablets. I have been taking them for a number of years as i can not stand drinking protein shakes anymore.  The are more convenient, less messy and give me less stomach issues. For all the reviewer who say they are too big and they can not swallow them, this is nonsense! people can easily swallow mouthfuls of food! They are big, but it really should be a deal breaker, i can take 3 at once! Goes Well With: Water
