Do exactly what thy say on the pot. Can't say much more than that. To all those saying that the tablets are too big - they come with a seam down the middle. Use some of that explosive power you've been supplementing for all these years, crack them in half and swallow six half tablets rather than three whole ones.

I absolutely love this product! Before I had the powder version which had horrible taste. This is much easier. People are complaining about the size of the capsule (which is indeed large), but there’s a clear line in the middle which makes it easy to break the pill in half. When breaking it in half it give you the size of a paracetamol each. When I take one 15 minutes before my workout, I can feel that I have more energy, am not out of breath as quickly, and can do more reps. I’ve been working out and playing sports for years and only ever used protein. With age and a transition to more traditional lifting rather than functional fitness I’ve definitely felt the DOMs more often. So I did my research and settled on BCAA to add to my regime and I’m really glad I did. I can bounce back from a heavy push session and not dread tomorrow’s pull day. I used to skip leg day and just use it as a recovery day and do mobility but I don’t feel I need that so I’m grateful I can be an all arounder and do my 6day PPL program without having to skip anything. I’ve noticed some big gains because I can be more consistent and the wife has noticed as well. Goes Well With: Consistency 

A supplement which I have recently added to help support my training. Delivered quickly and has added to my diet making sure that utilise the protein in my diet effectively. 

There very effective and handy to take before workouts. However,due to the size of the tablets they can be hard to swallow and can sometimes get caught in your throat if you don't drink enough water. Goes Well With: Water
