I bought this product because I wanted to add more nutrients to my diet. I feel healthier and feel as though it does me some good when I have it in the morning. I mix it with green tea and I can only taste the tea so it isn't too strong tasting. I haven't tried it on its own though. It can taste a bit acidic if mixed with fruit juice but it mixes very easily and tastes better with semi skimmed milk. <B>Goes Well With:</B> semi skimmed milk
