After being told by my PT that I needed to increase my protein (and was advised to checkout the 'MyProtein' website), I chose a variety of vegan protein products. The Baked Protein Cookie tasted really good, although it was really dense and heavy. It really took some eating, but it was great for boosting protein. It was really filling, so I wouldn't advise eating before a main meal. I decided, after the first cookie, I would cut the rest in half at least, to have post workouts.

My fav snack! Shame the 12 box is sold out Goes Well With: I drink protein shake with it 

I prefer these to the protein ones as these are softer texture, less chewy and the taste so good!  Goes Well With: Anything 

Delicious but dangerous could of consumed multiple but lucky I just ordered the one sample. Will be buying again with my next order 😋

Decent snack, a bit dry so recommend microwaving!
