Great product, is really good for recovery and gaining strength. I am 40 and used to take another all in one product for years. I now take this regularly after every session i train and i also mix in with porridge for chocolate overnight oats for a good pre workout breakfast. 

This product was very high quality and tasted really nice I would recommend this highly Goes Well With: Milk

I stupidly brought 5000g of this. (Chocolate Smooth) Hands down the worst I have ever tasted. It taste like when you try to make Cadbury proper drinking chocolate with water instead of milk. Very watery, doesn't mix well.

Goes down relatively easily and has a good mix of ingredients. Not the best tasting but not too bad.
