I have been taking XS for some weeks now and its superb. I ordered the choc smooth flavour and it tastes great. I have noticed that i have been lifting more weight than usual and i usually take this after my workout and 6 hours later.\nThe only question i have is do you guys take the shake only on workout days?

"I bought two packs of the vanilla - mixes well with water and very well with semi-skimmed milk, tastes like a really good milkshake. Only been taking this for about a week, so no comments on the effectiveness. Tastes excellent though."

"Ive been using this for a few months now and its fantastic. Ive gone for the 'chocolate smooth' everytime and would definately recommend it! Dosage: im on two shakes a day, once post training then a second 6 hours later. I am supplementing this with 'unflavoured impact whey protein' aswell so my protein intake is a little higher. Since i introduced Hurricane ive noticed definate gains in mass without added body fat (which has actually been dropping)Worth the buy!"
