"I have only been using for a week, but i can already feel that the intensity of my workouts has increased. I feel i can push those extra reps out. "I have been using this for one week now so unable to comment on whether I'm gaining lean mass but I do feel like I've put on some weight around my stomach. I did read in someone else's review that this product can increase fat so going to up my cardio for the next few weeks.\nAs for the taste, really struggled with this for the first few days trying to find the milk/powder ratio that worked for me (water was ruled out after the first attempt). Eventually I have settled on adding 2 scoops to 100ml of skimmed milk, which makes a very thick chocolate shake (I use an electric whisk to mix). I then pour another 100ml of milk into the jug to make sure I get all the shake that's stuck to the sides.\nWill let you know the results once I've finished the bag :)"
