The only true way to get a six pack is weight loss, there is no point in doing 600 sit ups if it is hidden behind fat. SO Psyllium husks are good, and here they are relatively cheap (+P&P of course) but don't go overboard, I added so much to my protein shakes I was almost sick as it does not mix in well. The best results I got were from mixing it with soya milk and adding some bran cereal and oats to make a super rich porridge that would fill me up without the empty calories"
