"Excellent service as usual, tried these today but was wondering whether the ""psylium husks"" are ORGANIC? I dont want to buy something loaded with pesticides and insecticides... Looking forward to your reply MP"

Was pleasantly surprised at the texture of this product and its mixability. When taking other powders I sometimes just scoop some into my mouth then down with water like pills... big mistake doing that with psyllium husks! It stuck to the roof of my mouth and i had to scrub hard to get it off. Mixed in a shake or just mixed properly with water it is a good product though.

This stuff is really good. Better if mixed in a blender. Please can someone explain about the carb content? Do I subtract the Fibre figure from the Carb figure to find out what my body will turn into glucose or is 8.0g the final figure. Thanks> Carbohydrates 8.0g Fibre 6.7g
