After lots of research & comparing this product was definitely the right choice. It’s a quality product, really good value for money. Easy to use & it’s vegan. I would definitely recommend this as part of a daily routine for healthy  living,  Goes Well With: Water, porridge, protein shakes, juice..

This has helped me so much, I started small and built up and my bloating has disappeared. It is is great way of increasing the good bacteria in the gut and works out much cheaper than probiotics. Love this so much.  And so happy it is vegan. 

Mixes very well and no taste to speak of however can’t advise on long term benefits yet

Great value, I have it in warm milk at bedtime... slightly sweet with no aftertaste. It makes my tummy gurgle and I'm a bit gassy for first couple weeks as previously but already way less bloated.
