I don't know what's wrong with ppl saying its taste horrible actually it's tasteless it doesn't dissolve at all but mixing very well, I try even 10g into water no taste no flavour no smell. Great product Tom <B>Goes Well With:</B> Everything

"I read how bad this tasted from previous reviews but ordered some anyway, 2 months later of taking it daily I have gotten used to the taste but I wouldn't recommend taking it by itself. My method of taking it is in a home made shake. I use Impact Whey Protein (banana at present), L Glutamine and Creatine, mixed with this flax seed powder. I use a blender and throw in some mixed fruit (strawberries/blackcurrant/cranberries etc I currently buy mixed froze fruits with some soy milk to make a thick 1 pint shake. Usually everything else counters the taste of the flax seed powder. It does take a bit to mix all this together in the blender but it's pretty quick and tastes nice."
