Had a few flaxseed products in the past that I couldn't stand the taste/texture of. Turns out I just needed it in powder form. Also it doesn't make my skin flare up like previous ones Goes Well With: cereal, protein shake

Flaxseed is, as my review title suggests, a superfood. It's omega 3 and 9 ratio is perfectly suited to our needs. Weird, but true. This makes it a food we should all try to incorporate into our diet. Not easy. Flaxseed has a strong nutty taste and, in powdered form it's extremely dry. I add about 10 grams to my morning Nutri-Ninja concoction. Goes down a treat. Truth is; I don't even taste it. All of the benefits, none of the flavour. Ideal. Goes Well With: Anything that masks the nutty, dryness of it.
