Exactly what it says on the tin.  Mixed well with water for intra workout.  Goes Well With: Water 

Since I got this product don't use glucose tablets or bottled drinks it replaces them all and is same effective as above products and cheaper so that is my new favourite drink. Goes Well With: On it's own in my case

I needed to add carbs to my workout shakes without using a sports drink because I can’t stand them. This did exactly the trick. I add 40g to 30g instant oats and 15g whey in 500ml water and it gives exactly the boost I need for heavy weightlifting sessions. It’s a bit sweet, but more like if you’ve put an extra spoon of sugar in your coffee, not sickly sweet. Took one use to get over it because the benefits massively outweigh negatives. This has to be one of the best supplement to boost your exercise performance immediately. Creatine and Whey only help after prolonged use and exercise but dextrose works 30 mins after consumption. Can also be used after workout to replace glycogen stores. The 5kg bag I have ordered was received with an expiry of only 6.5 months. Myprotein support insists that it is sufficient time for consumption. Definitely not in my case. I would strongly urge Myprotein to state explicitly if any product they are selling expires in less than 1 year.

The product mixes well, satisfies my sweet tooth, I use 30g in my post workout shake for a speedy recovery, especially when I am training twice in a day. Would recommend Goes Well With: THE whey
