Definately feel the test boosting effect. Please please please MP can you include a 3gm scoop as easy to take took much and make you aggressive. Hard to measure out 3gm when you haunt got a weighing scale

Made a big mistake by buying the 250G packet. It was a complete waste of money buying this product...i didnt feel any increase in strength in energy and power.....id recommend buying an amino acid that works like glutamine

"Started taking this on the 10th of November. I am going to start the second phase tomorrow, so thought I would write a quick review. Some background first, I am 41, training for 1.5 years ~80kg @ 6"" 1' and following the 5/3/1 program. It should be noted that I have pretty much been spot on with my diet during this time. So my Initial impressions, Couple of things stand out. I am starting to get an insane pump in my forearms and legs during a workout. My strength has definitely increased I just set a new PB on my bench and added a rep to my press. I am a bit more aggressive, which is also helping with my lifting. i've used this for 2 week now and it seems to of made my muscles more solid and i feel ithey're looking abit more ripped. i'll have the week break and continue. i've not noticed strengh improvements as i'm just doing high reps for 1 minute on each muscle. but upto now i rate it 5 star
