Great product has worked for me. If your not using scales to weigh this out then be careful as one scoop can be as little as 1.5g. You'd have to pack this in tight to the scoop to get anywhere near 3.5g. Goes Well With: ZMA

Despite some of the reviews stating otherwise, this is the best one for mixing into water or adding to your protein shakes. Careful with the dosage, the most effective is 3.12g per day but 3g will do it. Stick with it, you will see results especially in certain areas as you get older (if you catch my drift)... Quite good doesn't mix extremely well and tastes a bit bitter but saying that I've noticed a big difference in my strength in the gym lifting heavier and lasting longer would def recommend this product to people in there mid to late 30s

I was a bit skeptic about it at first but it seem to be working well so far, definitely helped with cutting fat and gaining muscles as well as energy at the gym and libido outside the gym. I actually like the unflavored 'flavor', seem as some people complain about the 'acidic flavor', for me it taste slightly lemony acidic. Id recommend 3g daily dose for the first cycle to see how it effects you, I personally find 7g dose the most effective. Goes Well With: BCAA
