Creatine Gluconate is an excellent product and lasts for ages. The taste isn't great but mixes really well so it's easy to consume in one go. The results are good with this. I usually take prior to workout and again 1 hour after. Overall you cannot go wrong with this product. It's cheap and does the job!

Have tried a few Creatine products before, although not this one but I've found all of them so far have worked extremely well. This is definitely a supplement that you can get a lot out of although you have to make sure that you drink plenty of water. Also, don't get drunk when you're loading as this stuff upgrades your hang-overs by a bonus multiplier of apocalypse squared. Seriously, don't do it. I ran out of the Creatine Gluconate product recently and I noticed I lost 4kg! I was really disappointed and couldn't understand it. Also my strength gains plateaued even though I have switched my program around. It must be because I am off this product, so I am ordering more today. No bloating has been noticed and I maintained my cuts when on this product. "took a while to saturate but defo notice it now it has. Great volumisation for sure, good solid pump that lasts a while. no discomfort, just plenty of water on an empty stomach no side effects. Had no water retention at all even with large doses and with taurine. Definitely maintaining strength from when using a previous brand and has defo added length to my workouts before burn out, not just in sets but overall. can really smash the shoulders on a monday and since now im mixing it with a couple of scoops of BCAA my back and shoulders have exploded! many more sets, more weight and longer work outs. Deadlifts have gone through the roof. Massive ++ for this product. Any creatine is good, but one that works, is cheap, quick to absorb and with NO and i mean NO discomfort at all is a winner!!"
