I mix this with the protein shake and it's a little bit grainy not enough to cause any issues just being picky. I noticed the effect of it pretty much straight away, doing that extra rep or 3 and the Gluconate side of things did help with recovery time as well as the pain. I haven't been using Creatine Gluconate for very long and find that it isn't mixing at all. It lines the protein shaker in a gritty powder which sometimes comes through into my mouth. I did the same thing yesterday and can't say it was bad, but today, I'm completely unsure how much I've actually consumed. I've been mixing it with Impact Whey Isolate (vanilla).

Seems to work a lot better than creatine mono, but not sure if, for more than double the price, it is worth it. Also, it seems to work faster than the 60-90 mins needed for creatine mono.

Bought the small packet (250g) as hadn't tried this before. Good, fast delivery and easy ordering from My Protein Have been using the Creatine Glucomate for about a week. I do feel that I am starting to feel the benefits. Able to work for longer during my weights sessions, and feel like my stamina is building during my cardio sessions. Will be interesting to see how this continues The packet says to take 5g before and after exercise using the My Protein scoop. I don't have a my protein scoop, so had to try and work out what that equated to in tsp amounts. (It's about 2 tsp). It also doesn't say how much liquid to have it with ? I am having the powder with water or orange squash, and it does take some shaking to get all the powder dissolved Overall a good product so far and simple to use <B>Goes Well With:</B> Orange squash Black currant squash

Definitely felt the effects of this product but it made me feel sick when working out, mainly when pushing out that last rep. <B>Goes Well With:</B> water
